Melanie K. Fairman practices in all areas of personal injury law, with an emphasis in medical malpractice, product liability and general negligence cases. One hundred percent of her practice is devoted to litigation, including both trial and appellate work. At Loyola, Ms. Fairman was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and the National Moot Court Team. In addition, she was a recipient of the Loyola University Leadership and Service Award and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice/Advocacy; Appellate Advocacy; Moot Court (Spring 1992 & Spring 1994) and Legal Clinic. At George Washington University, Ms. Fairman received a Bachelor in Accountancy.
